ABOUT
Who are The Welldoctor Project?
The Welldoctor Project was founded in 2020 by NHS Doctor Danielle Banfield. Currently being piloted at Great Western Hospital, the project aims to reduce stress and burnout at work, by dealing with the things that make life as a Junior Doctor difficult!
Based around five key domains; Refuel, Rest and Recharge, Reflect and Reset, Respect, and Rethink, the project has been working to make real and practical changes across all aspects of working life. Read on to find out more about what we have already achieved!
